We have spent decades working alongside damage restoration companies across the country, and we kept running into the same thing. Regular people, and renters most of all, stuck with mold and unsure what to do or who to trust. We felt it was time to put what we know out there, free, for anyone who needs it.
We are not a remediation company and we are not lawyers. We are ordinary people who have been around this work long enough to know how mold actually gets handled, what a fair price looks like, and where people tend to get taken advantage of. Think of us as someone in the business who is finally on your side of the table.
The goal is simple. Tell you straight what you are dealing with, show you the fastest sensible way to handle it, and point you to the right help, whether that is a licensed local professional or your local housing or health department. No fear, no upsell, no pressure.
